Hotels
Hotel restaurants, banquets, and room service on one kitchen screen.
A guest scans the QR in the dining room, at a banquet table, or in the room. The order lands on the kitchen screen. The floor sees which table or room it belongs to.
Works today
Outlet, banquet, and suite QR codes. A menu from a photo or PDF. Kitchen tickets, a floor screen, and zones for the dining room, the banquet, and in-room orders.
A group is a quote
Table-count plans stay on the homepage. A hotel with several properties is priced as a custom quote, the same way a restaurant group is.
Not in the product yet
Property-management sync, automatic room tagging, and order-ready SMS. Staff point each room at its own QR until those exist.
Questions
What can a hotel run on TablePulse today?
The restaurant, a banquet, and room-service QR codes. A guest scans, and the order shows on the kitchen screen. One site can use zones for the dining room, the banquet, and in-room orders. The menu can be read from a photo or PDF, including veg marks and allergens. Raju, the AI waiter, answers from that dining menu on Growth and Pro.
How does pricing work for a hotel?
Public plans are priced by dining-table count and are listed on the TablePulse homepage. One hotel site can use the zones included in those plans. A hotel group with more than one property is a custom quote.
Does TablePulse connect to the hotel property-management system?
No. TablePulse does not read rooms from a property-management system, and it does not tag orders to a folio. Staff open the room QR themselves. Property-management sync, automatic room tagging, and order-ready SMS are not in the product yet.
